Trick-or-Treating on The Alameda, between Cleaves and Hester avenues, 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. This event was originally organized by Frankie Zia Hooks and her mother Kerry Hooks when Frankie was a student at Lincoln High School. Kerry Hooks continues the tradition, working with the Shasta Hanchett Park Neighborhood Association. Children dressed in costume can trick-or-treat at businesses along The Alameda with posters in their windows.
